I served in ministry for years — in Haiti, Nicaragua, and Ghana. I served other people’s missions. I was good at it.
But somewhere along the way, I lost clarity about my own. I came home and found myself doing what a lot of Christian fathers do: providing, showing up, working hard — but going nowhere in particular. Present. But purposeless.
The question that changed everything wasn’t ‘what should I do with my life?’ It was ‘what mission has God given me – and am I actually doing it?’That question led to the Fathers on Mission framework. The three pillars. The family mission document. The integration of my business as one of my assignments – not the mission itself.
I built this because I needed it. And because I know I’m not the only one.
Now I help Christian fathers find what I found: a whole life, lived on purpose, for the glory of God.
